GoTo Connect enables Trust to standardise, upgrade and simplify telephone systems for its academies

Leigh Academies Trust, overseeing over 30 academies, faced a challenge with managing 15 disparate phone systems, many outdated and unsupported. The imminent digital switchover necessitated a shift to a cloud-based telephony system that was quick to implement, easy to manage, and required no hardware investment. After evaluating multiple vendors, LAT chose GoTo Connect for its comprehensive features and ease of use.

GoTo Connect was first implemented at Stationers’ Crown Woods Academy, leading to a successful pilot. This initiated a rapid rollout across other priority schools. The transition has been highly successful, with intuitive features that make call routing and management simple. The standardization has significantly reduced the IT team’s workload and improved the phone experience for staff and callers.
