Attitudes, Expectations and Preferences for Customer Service
In September 2021, Treasure Data commissioned research to better understand customer attitudes around what makes customer service a positive experience. Through this survey, we sought to identify how important customer service is in various sectors, what areas are most important for a customer service center to address, and preferred customer service channels. The study was based on 500 online survey completions with residents of the United States.
