The employees of the future: Collaborating with technology to transform
There are two clear reasons why businesses are digitizing. The first is to service buyers whose expectations from consumer-facing industries are driving demand in the business space. The second is to support employees with new technologies to provide best-in-class products and services. It can be easy to forget these two groups are often the same people; remembering your employees are also consumers of technology is vital for the success of any digital transformation programme.
That was the outlook, at least, from a panel discussion on The Employee of the Future.
