Limelight WEBRTC Live Streaming
Many live video streaming use cases require video to be delivered to viewers as close to real-time as possible and with a consistent stream latency across all viewing devices. This real-time latency streaming requirement is present in a number of industries, particularly in online gambling, gaming, video surveillance, live sports streaming, and many others.
Limelight’s initial customer tests of WebRTC live streaming have shown excellent low-latency results – delivering live streams with latency in the range of 400-600ms globally, using the Limelight Network.
