Laut Bitkom arbeitet in Deutschland bereits jedes dritte Unternehmen damit, weitere 21 Prozent planen die Einführung. Dennoch ist die Euphorie nicht ungebrochen. Dies zeigt etwa ein aktueller ERP-Report aus den USA: Dort bewerten 26 Prozent der Befragten die ERP-Einführung in ihrem Unternehmen als Fehlschlag. Bleibt die Frage, ob es einen Masterplan für erfolgreiche ERP-Einführungen gibt.
