Seit Anfang 2008 setzt der langjährige proALPHA-Anwender Demmel AG die Multiressourcenplanung Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) ein. Heute sind die Durchlaufzeiten um zwei bis drei Wochen kürzer, die Liefertermintreue um knapp 30 Prozent höher, die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Produktion, Einkauf und Vertrieb deutlich intensiviert – und das Unternehmen dreht mit Hilfe von APS weiter an den Stellschrauben.
