En colaboración con Aruba, el Itsasmuseum de Bilbao ha diseñado una solución digital para mejorar la experiencia del visitante con una mayor conectividad a lo largo de sus 24.000 metros cuadrados, y una aplicación diseñada específicamente para los visitantes. La app no solo ayuda a estos a navegar por el lugar, sino que también ofrece un audio tour y juegos interactivos para niños. A su vez, los datos generados por esta solución están ayudando a generar información para diseñar futuros servicios.
